ISO 10816-7 (1st Edition, 2009)

Mechanical vibration - Evaluation of machine vibration by measurements on non-rotating parts - Part 7 : Rotodynamic pumps for industrial applications, including measurements on rotating shafts

 

ISO 10816-7은 아래 해당하는 기기의 Site에서 측정된 진동값의 평가에 적용하며, Bearing Housing 위치에서 측정된 진동을 RMS 단위로 평가하는데 이용한다.

 

● 1kW 이상의 출력을 가지는 펌프

● 모터 Shaftd와 Rigid Coupled Type으로 연결되어 있는 펌프 & 모터

모터 Shaftd와 Flexible Coupled Type으로 연결되어 있는 펌프

   (모터 진동은 ISO 10816-3을 적용한다.)

 

 

1. 진동 기준치

 

[Zone limits for vibration of non-rotating parts of rotor dynamic pumps with power above 1kW, applicable for impellers with number of blades, Z≥3]

 

○ Zone A : Newly commissioned machine

○ Zone B : This zone is considered as acceptable level for unrestricted long-term operation

○ Zone C : Normally considered unsatisfactory for long-term operation

○ Zone D : Normally considered to be sufficient severity to cause mechanical damage

○ Category I : Pumps required to have a high level of reliability

○ Category II : Pumps for general or less critical application, 600rpm 이상 Vertical suspended pump

 

 

[Additional criteria for vibration limits on non-rotating parts of rotor dynamic pumps with running speed below 600rpm, valid for filtered displacement values(0.5x, 1x, 2x the running speed)]

 

 

[Recommended values for maximum relative displacement of the shaft as a function of the nominal diametrical clearance for rotor dynamic pumps with hydrodynamic bearings]

 

○ Zone A : Newly commissioned machine

○ Zone B : This zone is considered as acceptable level for unrestricted long-term operation

○ Zone C : Normally considered unsatisfactory for long-term operation

○ Zone D : Normally considered to be sufficient severity to cause mechanical damage
