Mechanical vibration - Evaluation of machine vibration by measurements on non-rotating parts - Part 5 : Machine sets in hydraulic power generating and pumping plants
ISO 10816-5는 운전 속도가 60~1,8000rpm이고, 수력 발전(Hydraulic Power) 등에 적용되는 기계의 site에서 측정한 진동 기준치에 적용한다.
1. 진동 평가 (Steady state condition-Group 1)

○ Group 1 : Horizontal machine sets with pedestal or end-shield bearings mounted on a rigid foundation, usually
with operational speeds of above 300r/min.
○ Group 2 : Horizontal machine sets with bearings housings which are only braced against the casing of the
hydraulic machine, usually with operational speeds of above 300r/min.
○ Group 3 : Vertical machine sets with bearings housings which are all braced against the foundation, usually with
operational speeds of between 60r/min and 1800r/min.
○ Group 4 : Vertical machine sets with lower bearings housings braced against the foundation and upper bearing
housings braced against the generator stator only, usually with operational speeds of between 60r/min and
1000r/min.
○ Zone A : Newly commissioned machine
○ Zone B : This zone is considered as acceptable level for unrestricted long-term operation
○ Zone C : Normally considered unsatisfactory for long-term operation
○ Zone D : Normally considered to be sufficient severity to cause mechanical damage
○ Note 1 : 현장 Monitoring시 Alarm/Trip 설정은 해당 규격의 Annex B를 참조
○ Note 2 : 동일 위치에서 진동 측정 시 일정 기간 후 (측정값이 여전히 Zone C 이내에 위치해 있다 하더라도) 진동이
25% 이상 급격히 증가하였을 경우 Mechanical damage를 의심해야 함
