ISO 20816-2 (1st Edition, 2017)

Mechanical vibration - Evaluation of machine vibration by measurements on rotating and non-rotating parts - Part 2: Land-based gas turbines, steam turbines and generators in excess of 40 MW with fluid-film bearing and rated speeds of 1500r/min, 1800r/min, 3000r/min and 3600r/min

 

ISO 10816-2는 ISO 20816-2로 대체합니다.

 

ISO 20816-2는 40MW를 초과하는 출력과 1500, 1800, 3000, 3600 rpm 속도를 가지는 육상 Gas turbine, Steam Turbine 및 Generator의 Site에서 측정한 진동 기준치에 적용하며, Shaft의 Peak-to-peak 변위 및 Bearing Housing의 진동(RMS)을 평가하는데 이용합니다.

 

 

1. 진동 평가 (Steady state condition)

[ ISO 20816-2, Shaft relative vibration peak-to-peak displacement limit ]

 

[ ISO 20816-2, Shaft absolute vibration peak-to-peak displacement limit ]

○ Zone A : Newly commissioned machine

○ Zone B : This zone is considered as acceptable level for unrestricted long-term operation

○ Zone C : Normally considered unsatisfactory for long-term operation

○ Zone D : Normally considered to be sufficient severity to cause mechanical damage

○ 강성 지지 연성 지지에 대한 평가 기준 구분 없음

○ 동일 위치에서 진동 측정 시 일정 기간 후 (측정 값이 여전히 Zone C이내에 위치해 있다 하더라도) 진동이 25% 이상

    급격히 증가하였을 경우 Mechanical damage를 의심해야 함

○ Bearing의 Clearance가 P-P Displacement Limit 보다 작은 경우 P-P Displacement Limit를 줄이는 것이 권장됨
