ISO 20816-1 (1st Edition, 2016)

Mechanical vibration - Evaluation of machine vibration by measurements on rotating and non-rotating - Part 1: General guidelines

 

ISO 20816-1은 site에서 회전기계의 Shaft, Bearing Housing 등의 Rotating part 및 Non-rotating part의 진동 평가를 위한 General Guideline입니다. Equipment 종류에 따른 진동 기준치 및 측정 위치는 ISO 10816, 20816, 7919의 세부 규격서를 따릅니다.

 

ISO 20816-1 (1st Edition, 2016)은 아래 ISO 규격서에 대한 통합 및 개정판으로 해당 규격서의 내용을 삭제 및 대체합니다. 

 ① ISO 7919-1:1996

 ② ISO 10816-1:1995

 ③ ISO 10816:1995/Amd 1:2009

 

ISO 10816, 20816, 7919의 적용범위를 넘어서거나 International Standards를 적용할 수 없는 Different classes of machinery에 대한 Criteria Evaluation(단위, 진동속도, RMS, mm/s) 은 아래 조건을 따릅니다.

[ ISO 20816-1, Range of typical zone boundary values for non-rotating parts ]

 

 

                   ➤ 일반적으로 각각의 Zone Boundary 경계에 대해서는 아래와 같이 구분하여 적용한다.

                       ○ Small Machines (e.g. electric motors with power up to 15kW)의 경우, range의 

                           하부 영역에 위치한다.

                       ○ Large Machines (e.g. prime movers with flexible supports in the direction of 

                           measurement)의 경우 range의 상부 영역에 위치한다.

 

 

 

➤ 한편, 개별 Zone Boundary 경계에 대한 평가는 다음과 같이 적용한다. 

   ○ Zone A: The vibration of newly commissioned machines normally falls within this zone

   ○ Zone B: Machines with vibration within this zone are normally considered acceptable for

      unrestricted long-term operation.

   ○ Zone C: Machines with vibration within this zone are normally considered unsatisfactory

      for long-term continuous operation. Generally, the machine may be operated for a limited

      period in this condition until a suitable opportunity arises for remedial action.

   ○ Zone D: Vibration values within this zone are normally considered to be of sufficient severity

      to cause damage to the machine.
