Guidelines for Vibraions in Reciprocating Compressor Systems
EFRC에서는 120rpm ~ 1800rpm 사이에서 운전되는 Reciprocating Compressor의 진동 기준치를 제시하고 있다. 본 규격에서 포함되는 Reciprocating Compressor의 종류는 다음과 같다.
- Horizontal, vertical, V-, W- and L-type compressor systems
- Constant and variable speed compressors
- Compressors driven by electric motors, gas and diesel engines, steam turbines with or without a gearbox, flexible or rigid coupling,
- Dry running and lubricated reciprocating compressors,
1. 진동 기준치
진동 기준치는 측정되는 진동 주파수에 따라 변위, 속도, 가속도 단위로 각각 평가하며, Reciprocating Compressor의 Datasheet에 명기된 운전 조건 중 가장 높게 진동이 측정되는 값을 본 규격의 진동 기준치와 비교한다.
- 진동 변위 (Displacement): 2~10Hz
- 진동 속도 (Velocity): 10~200Hz
- 진동 가속도 (Acceleration): 200~1000Hz
진동 기준치가 제시되는 위치는 Reciprocating Compressor의 Foundation, Crankcase Frame, Cylinder, Pulsation Dampener, Piping System 등으로 세분화되어 있으며, 각 기준치 별로 아래와 같이 Zone을 구분할 수 있다.
