본 규격은 General Purpose Gear Unit의 Shot Test시 적용하는 진동 기준치가 언급되어 있으며, Shaft Axial Vibration 및 Bearing Housing 또는 Shaft에서의 Radial Vibration에 대한 진동 기준치를 제시하고 있다.

 

 

1. Shaft Axial Vibration

 

Pinion Speed가 1800rpm 이상인 Double-Helical Gear Unit의 Shaft Axial Vibration 기준치는 Full Speed Test 또는 Slow Rotation Check의 경우로 적용한다.

 

(1) Full Operating Speed: 60um, Peak to Peak Shaft Axial Vibration

(2) Slow Rotation Check: 40um (Pitch Line의 속도가 20m/s 이상인 경우)

                                60um (Pitch Line의 속도가 40m/s 이하인 경우)

 

 

2. Radial Vibration

 

Radial Vibration의 경우, Bearing Housing과 Shaft에서의 진동 기준치를 각각 제시하고 있다.

변위로 측정하는 Shaft Radial Vibration의 경우, 50um (Peak-to-Peak of Unfiltered Vibration) 또는 아래 수식으로 산출된 값 중 낮은 값을 진동 기준치로 적용한다.

○ A = Amplitude of Unfiltered Vibration, in ㎛ (mils) true peak-to-peak,

○ N = Maximum Continuous Speed, in r/min.

 

한편, Variable Speed Driver의 Shaft Radial Vibration 기준치의 경우, 상기 산출된 값에서 12um를 더한 값을 Trip Speed에서의 진동 기준치로 적용한다.
