API 610 (12th Edition, 2021)

Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industies

 

본 규격은 API 610에 따라 설계되는 Centrifugal Pump의 Vendor Shop에서 Performance Test 수행 시 측정하는 진동 값에 적용하며, 상시 운전 시 Monitoring 용도로 해당 규정치를 사용시에는 Vendor, 발주처와 별도 협의가 요구된다. 진동 측정은 Bearing Housing에서 속도를 측정하거나 베어링과 인접한 Shaft 위치에서 변위를 측정하도록 제시하고 있으며, Shut-off 운전 지점을 제외한 나머지 운전점(Allowable Operating Region)에서 진동 측정을 수행한다.

 

 

1. OH, BB 펌프의 진동 기준치

Criteria	Location of vibration measurement
	Bearing housing	Pump shaft (adjacent to bearing)
	Pump bearing type
	All	Hydrodynamic journal bearing
	Vibration at any flowrate within the pump's preferred operating region
Overall	다음 조건에 적용 - 운전속도 3600rpm이하 - 동력 300kW/stage이하
Discrete frequencies
Allowable increase in vibration at flows outside the preferred operating region but within the allowable operating region	30%	30%

○ Vf is the discrete frequency velocity

○ Au is the amplitude of measure overall displacement

○ Af is the amplitude of displacement at discrete frequencies

○ n is the rotational speed

○ f is the frequency

 

2. VS 펌프의 진동 기준치

3. High Energy Pump의 진동 기준치

운전 속도 3600rpm을 초과하는 Horizontal pump 또는 Stage 당 Absorbed power가 300kW를 초과하는 펌프에 적용한다.

○ X is the rotational speed

○ Y1 is the vibrational velocity, expressed in mm/s, RMS

○ Y2 is the vibrational velocity, expressed in inchs/s, RMS

○ 1 is P≥3,000kW/stage

○ 2 is P=2,000kW/stage

○ 3 is P=1,500kW/stage

○ 4 is P=1,000kW/stage

○ 5 is P=700kW/stage

○ 6 is P=500kW/stage

○ 7 is P≤300kW/stage
