Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industies
본 규격은 API 610에 따라 설계되는 Centrifugal Pump의 Vendor Shop에서 Performance Test 수행 시 측정하는 진동 값에 적용하며, 상시 운전 시 Monitoring 용도로 해당 규정치를 사용시에는 Vendor, 발주처와 별도 협의가 요구된다. 진동 측정은 Bearing Housing에서 속도를 측정하거나 베어링과 인접한 Shaft 위치에서 변위를 측정하도록 제시하고 있으며, Shut-off 운전 지점을 제외한 나머지 운전점(Allowable Operating Region)에서 진동 측정을 수행한다.

3. High Energy Pump의 진동 기준치
운전 속도 3600rpm을 초과하는 Horizontal pump 또는 Stage 당 Absorbed power가 300kW를 초과하는 펌프에 적용한다.

○ Y2 is the vibrational velocity, expressed in inchs/s, RMS
○ 1 is P≥3,000kW/stage
○ 2 is P=2,000kW/stage

○ 4 is P=1,000kW/stage
○ 5 is P=700kW/stage
○ 6 is P=500kW/stage
○ 7 is P≤300kW/stage
