2. 산업 소음평가

이너턴스(INERTANCE)에서는 정유 플랜트, 발전 플랜트, 석유 화학플랜트 공장에 설치된 펌프(Pump), 압축기(Compressor), 팬(Fan), 밸브(Valve) 등의 설비 운전 시 발생하는 산업 소음(Industrial Noise)를 평가하고 있습니다. 해당 공장 소음 평가 시, 회전기계 소음원의 배치(Noise Allocation Study)를 고려하여 소음 지도(Noise Contour Map)를 작성합니다. 공장 소음의 평가는 현장 소음 측정(Noise measurement), 사무실 실내소음 평가, 응급 상황 시 작동되는 사이렌 소리 전달(Siren Sound Coverage) 평가 등을 포함하고 있습니다.

4. 소음 기준

소음 기준 (Noise Criteria), 제한 구역 (Restricted Area), 실내 소음 (Indoor Noise)

국내 소음진동 관리법에 명기되어 있는 소음 기준치와 별도로, 국내외 플랜트 공장 내 소음(Industrial Noise) 평가 시 일반적으로 적용되는 소음 기준(Noise Criteria)으로 소개하고자 합니다. 공장 소음영향 평가 시, 발주처 요구사항 및 국가별 소음 기준치(Local Regulation)에 따라 상이하게 적용되며, 일반적으로 Work area, Restricted Area, Absolute Noise Limit, 실내 소음(Indoor Noise) 등으로 구분하여 소음평가 하게 됩니다.

5. 소음 측정

배경소음(Background Noise), 소음측정기(Sound Level Meter), 주파수 분석(Frequency)

이너턴스(INERTANCE)에서는 현장에서 발생하는 소음 분석 및 방음대책(Noise control) 설계를 위해 소음 측정 (Noise measurement) 업무를 수행하고 있습니다. 소음 측정은 소음지도(Noise Contour Map) 작성을 위한 암소음 (Background Noise) 평가 자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 방음대책 완료 후 또는 준공 소음 측정 시 기준치 비교를 위한 기초 자료로 사용할 수 있습니다.

현장 소음측정은 국내의 경우 소음 공정시험방법에서 정한 규정에 따라 측정하게 되며, 해외 석유화학 플랜트의 경우 일반적으로 EEMUA 140 규정에 따라 수행하게 됩니다. 또한, 정확한 소음 측정을 위해 국내 KS C 1502의 보통소음계 또는 KS C 1505의 정밀소음계와 동등 이상의 성능을 가진 측정기로 진행합니다.
